Be respectful
We expect everyone to be respect to each other and to other’s property. If a conflict arises, we ask the involved parties respectfully work together to resolve the issue.

Be fair
As a service professional, we ask you ensure that you’re providing excellent customer service and quality work at a fair price. As a homeowner or client, we ask that you be considerate of our service professionals time and money. Also, be fair in giving our service professionals, contractors, architects, or investors the reviews they’ve earned and deserve.

Be professional
We expect you to present yourself in a professional manner and to provide prompt communication with updates as necessary.

Be honest
When using our booking applications, we ask you honor your appointments and agreements, provide honest assessments about your expectations and limitations. As a service professional, be honest with clients if a job is outside your skillset or licensing notify the client and cancel the booking promptly. As a homeowner or client, be honest about expectations and notify the service professional promptly if you have no intention of completing a project. Always keep an open line of communication and be upfront if something isn’t going as agreed upon or planned.

Be reliable
We ask you answer phone calls, texts and emails in a timely manner, showing that you value the other parties time by being present and punctual for all appointments. Please do not leave someone wondering how to reach you or where you are, this reflects badly on your business and ours.

Be inclusive
Do Not discriminate based on race, national origin, social and economic class, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, political belief, religion, mental and physical ability, or any other factor. We at, Designer Investment, adhere to a strict no tolerance discrimination policy.
